Mr. Saroj Kumar

Mr. Saroj Kumar is very enthusiastic and dynamic & having a wide range of experience in underground mine work and very much specialized in underground coal mining, incline drive, development work mines & construction activities.
He spent his long time in big underground mines, out of which a significant period in highly gassy mines Degree-III. He extensively worked with LHD/LDCC/CM/BM /Belt Conveyors, Shaft, and Incline Mines.
He is trained in various Strata Monitoring & its mining instruments, Roof Support techniques Geological Mapping, and Real-Time Monitoring of the Depillaring Panel. He is a First Class Mines Manager certificate holder.
He started his carrier with ITC cementation (Tunnelling Project) as a management trainee.
He joined JMS Mining at Jhanjra Project as a Mining Engineer and Perform as a Project Manager at different projects like Jhanjra Project & Shyamsundarpur Colliery, at Bankola Area. He Handles various underground mines.
He has completed the Kumardihi Incline project at ECL Bankola Area
He joined INDU SCCL -CGME CONSORTIUM at Moonidih Project BCCL Dhanbad as a capacity Additional General Manager (AGM).
He has installed many Road Header projects, including the Bolter Miner package.
He had completed the Moonidih incline project and various stone drifts.

Mr. Abhishek Kumar is very enthusiastic and dynamic & having a wide range of experience in underground mines machinery work.
He specialized in road header installation &maintenance work. He has very sound knowledge in preventive maintenance in Road Header, Bolter Miner machinery, belt installation work, and underground pump.
